Thanks to Capital Crossroads Special Improvement District (SID) property owners and corporate partners eligible Downtown workers can now get unlimited COTA access. That’s like a free ride for Downtown workers. Any day, any route. So, what’s the catch?

Employees must work in an eligible building located in the Capital Crossroads Special Improvement District. Certain Franklin County and City of Columbus employees also qualify.

If you work in one of the eligible buildings, you must contact your company’s human resources administrator. Your employer must register you for the program. So, it’s important to wait until your employer gives you the go ahead before you try to access the mobile app or special COTA ID. Eligible employees can have only one active C-pass credential.

Soon, you’ll be on your way. Ride with US with your new C-pass. The program runs through December 31, 2020.
